Job summary

Red Commerce Schweiz GmbH seeks an experienced IT Network Security SCRUM Master to support a network detection and response project starting in October. You will lead daily activities, drive agile ceremonies, and coordinate across five streams in a remote, international setting.

The role requires strong SCRUM Master experience, proficiency with JIRA, and fluency in English. Prior work in infrastructure or security projects and exposure to product release approaches are a plus.

Qualifications

Strong project experience as SCRUM Master.
Long-term experience with agile methodology.
Experience using JIRA for agile project delivery.
Experience with product release approaches and product development.
Experience on international projects for European businesses.
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute sprints every 2 weeks.
Plan and set up quarterly sprint plans; drive delivery across streams.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in delivery frameworks.
Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients and vendors; resolve blockers and escalate risks as needed.
Drive agile transformation across the business.
Manage stakeholders across multiple streams.
