Job summary

Red Commerce Schweiz GmbH seeks an experienced IT Network Security SCRUM Master to support a network detection and response project starting in October. You will lead daily activities, drive agile ceremonies, and coordinate across five streams in a remote, international setting.

The role requires strong SCRUM Master experience, proficiency with JIRA, and fluency in English. Prior work in infrastructure or security projects and exposure to product release approaches are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong project experience as SCRUM Master.

Responsibilities

SCRUM Master (Network Security) - 3+ months - Remote - Start OctoberFor our international client, we are looking for an experienced IT Network Security Project Manager.Your main task is to support the client in a Network detection and response project which will start with the assessment phase in October. You will be driving daily project activities, give status updates and manage progress and completion of the plan.Tasks: Act as Scrum Master for 5 different streams Support customer in using agile mode in services* Set up quarterly project sprint plans

• Plan and execute sprints every 2 weeks Streamline and push processes Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in current delivery frameworks
• Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients and external vendors, resolving blockers and escalating risks as needed
