Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support and coach one or more agile teams in an international environment. You will foster continuous improvement, help teams deliver increments, and promote a culture of openness and collaboration.

The role requires at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and fluent English. We offer a contract of employment, flexible hours, private medical care, life insurance, training, and a modern Oliwa office.

• Providing sustainable support and coaching to one or more agile teams.
• Creating an environment that supports continuous improvement and high performance.
• Helping teams focus on delivering valuable increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Facilitating the use of Agile practices and tools (e.g., workshops, scaling patterns).
• Coaching teams on Scrum values and Agile principles.
• Helping remove impediments and unblocking team progress.
• Recognizing team dynamics and applying team-building models to improve collaboration.
• Establishing a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.
• Supporting product management and teams through organizational changes.
• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters.
• Leading or contributing to special initiatives as needed.

  • Senior position 12 000 - 22 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
  • Standard position 9 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
