Overview

Our fully featured payment and cash management product is one of the best corporate financial portals worldwide. Currently, we are rapidly growing and opening another role of a Scrum Master. Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team (6-8 members)
• Apply agile techniques to provide support for team members
• Control project progress and take corrective actions if necessary
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Participate in videoconferences with internal and external stakeholders (requirement gathering and clarifications)
• Participate in effort estimates required to develop described feature, where technical details are estimated by experts in the area
• Contribute to the community by proposing and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (technical field, best - computer science)
• 4+ years of commercial experience within the IT industry
• 2+ years of experience in leading teams in software development projects
• Familiarity with technologies/tools (not necessarily hands-on experience): Java, JavaScript, Web Applications, Security
• Ability to lead teams and motivate others to collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve agreed goal
• Excellent communication skills, ability to provide concise status to management
• Interest in IT, familiarity with software development processes, best practices, techniques and tools
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Positive attitude to work, customer focus, problem-solving skills
• Immanent drive for improvement, pro-activeness
• Very good command of English and Polish (German language skills will be an asset)
