The candidate will support delivery teams, cooperate with stakeholders, and implement project delivery metrics. Overview

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will ensure the proper delivery for customized .NET applications. You will be supporting delivery teams and cooperating with stakeholders globally to deliver quality deliverables of a high business value. In addition to that, this role will be accountable for:

• IT projects delivery metrics implantation and monitoring;
• making sure, agreed project delivery principles are followed, that includes among the others SCRUM meetings execution;
• implementation of self-organizing and learning culture (lessons learned, retrospectives);
• teams and individuals development in the direction of DevOps principles;
• smooth and continuous collaboration between the development teams;
• solving problems, addressing challenges and mitigating risks.

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT.
• Understanding of SCRUM framework.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Open and trustworthy personality, excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master Certification.
• Practical experience in TFS/ Azure DevOps or Jira.
