Job summary

Seargin Ltd is hiring a Scrum Master to support multiple engineering teams across firmware, embedded systems, and hardware domains. The role concentrates on Agile process facilitation, coaching, and driving continuous improvement in a hybrid onsite setting in Poland.

You will lead teams through Agile transformations, promote collaboration, and help increase delivery predictability and performance while communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams in complex delivery environments.
• Practical experience with SAFe environments and scaled Agile practices.
• Strong leadership style with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record introducing, implementing, and sustaining process improvements.
• Experience supporting Agile, organizational, or delivery transformation programs.
• Ability to coach teams and promote Agile practices across delivery models.
• Fluent Polish and English with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid onsite model.

• Support the effectiveness, collaboration, and delivery performance of multiple engineering teams operating across firmware, embedded systems, and hardware domains.
• Agile Process Facilitation
  • Work with teams utilizing different Agile frameworks, methodologies, and delivery models to ensure effective ways of working.
• Team Performance Improvement
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support teams in increasing productivity, transparency, predictability, and delivery effectiveness.
• Agile Coaching & Mentoring
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement approaches.

  • Assist teams throughout organizational transformation initiatives, helping them adapt to new processes, structures, and ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams in complex delivery environments.
• SAFe Framework Knowledge
  • Practical experience working within SAFe environments and applying scaled Agile principles and practices.

  • Strong servant leadership approach with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive positive change.
• Change Management Experience
  • Proven track record of introducing, implementing, and sustaining process or organizational improvements.

  • Experience supporting teams and stakeholders during Agile, organizational, or delivery transformation programs.
• Agile Coaching Skills
  • Ability to coach teams, facilitate collaboration, and promote Agile ways of working across different delivery models.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement, team effectiveness, and operational excellence within Agile environments.
• Case Study Evidence
  • Ability to present a documented example or case study demonstrating successful implementation of a change initiative.
• Language Skills
  • Fluent Polish and English with strong communication and facilitation abilities across technical and business stakeholders.
