Job summary

Sii Ukraine LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team developing software for industrial automation. The role is in Katowice, Poland, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) and collaboration with teams in Poland and the United States.

You will coach Agile teams, apply SAFe practices, and foster continuous learning, transparency, and collaboration across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Scrum Master or similar in IT.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and Scrum theory.
• Experience coaching development teams at various stages of Agile maturity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies and remove obstacles blocking delivery.
• Coach development teams across Agile maturity stages.
• Collaborate with agile capability teams to share best practices.
• Create an environment focused on continuous learning, transparency, and collaboration.
• Support daily operations and help teams deliver value across borders (Poland/USA).

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the team developing software for industrial automation. You will closely collaborate with autonomous, self-organizing project teams and stakeholders in an international environment, working with team members from Poland and the United States.

The work is hybrid, 3 times a week from the office in Katowice.

• Managing and supporting agile teams working in the embedded software development area
• Applying and coaching Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Creating and maintaining an environment focused on continuous learning, transparency, and collaboration
• Coaching development teams at various stages of Agile maturity and adapting the coaching approach to their needs
• Facilitating team ceremonies, supporting daily operations, and helping to remove obstacles blocking delivery
• Collaborating with agile capability teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and draw conclusions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in the IT industry
• Experience working in scaled Agile frameworks, particularly in SAFe
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and techniques, Scrum theory, and servant leadership
• Experience in coaching and supporting development teams at various stages of Agile maturity
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong conflict management skills, ability to handle failures
• Focus on continuous improvement and practical implementation of best practices
• Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams
• Proficiency in Polish and English at a communicative level - min. B2
