Partner is hiring five SAP Specialists for Package Implementation in Kraków. The role involves SAP module support (S2P, WM, LE), first-line support, ticket management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Remote-friendly with 2–3 days per week home office and a compensation package reflective of SAP expertise. Qualifications include 4+ years in SAP modules and fluency in English and Polish, with strong communication skills and business process understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP modules.
• Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory for effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide First-Line Support: address user queries and troubleshoot SAP issues.
• Ticket Management: monitor, prioritize, and elevate support tickets effectively.
• User Assistance: guide users in navigating SAP applications and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Documentation: document support activities and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues.
• Knowledge Management: contribute to the development of support documentation and training materials.
• Testing and Validation: participate in SAP system changes, updates, and new configurations testing.
• Training: attend sessions to enhance knowledge and support capabilities.
