Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a motivated Project Manager with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration expertise for Wrocław. You will plan, coordinate and monitor projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and PMP is preferred. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office / 3 days remote) within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish timelines and deliverables.
• Manage schedules, milestones and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to guide project teams and optimize platform use.
• Manage data integration processes including mapping, transformation and validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow.
• Maintain documentation of plans, processes and integration specs.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in project execution.
