Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, testing, and data migration across projects. You will collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SuccessFactors solutions.

The role involves supporting Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement, plus data validation and post-go-live activities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects.
Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with testing activities and defect management; exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement.
Participate in configuration support activities throughout all project phases.
Conduct testing activities and manage defects to ensure solution quality.
Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities.
Support post-go-live activities and issue resolution.
Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project goals.
