Job summary

RED Global is seeking a SAP SF Data Migration Consultant (Employee Central) for a 12-month contract to support multiple migration waves within a large HR transformation programme. The role is fully remote in Europe and focuses on end-to-end EC data migration across testing and cutover phases.

You will work with migration leads and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, validation, and successful delivery through SIT/UAT, cutover, and deployment cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification (essential).
• Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Solid background in EC data migration and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Infoporter and/or BIB Replication.
• Deep understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data migration activities across the full ETL lifecycle (Extraction, Transformation & Loading).
• Extract employee and organisational data from source systems using SuccessFactors reporting and extraction tools.
• Perform data loads into Employee Central using standard import templates and mass upload processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment migration cycles.
• Manage migration tracking activities, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
• Work closely with functional teams and migration leads to ensure data quality and successful delivery across multiple programme waves.

Contract length: 12 month contract + potential extension

Location: Europe (Fully remote)
