Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management within a complex enterprise environment.
• Understanding of ITIL-based service management practices and processes.
• SAP change process and module content understanding; knowledge of SAP modules is advantageous.
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding IT governance, risk, compliance, and security requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT services lifecycle from design to improvement.
• Oversee incident, problem, request, change, and release management.
• Define, monitor, and report on SLAs, KPIs and service improvements.
• Serve as primary contact between stakeholders, platform teams, support and providers.
• Manage service risks and ensure governance, security, and audit compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance and contractual commitments.
• Support demand, capacity planning, and readiness for new services.
• Support SAP roadmap, budgeting, and continuous improvements.
• Lead communications, escalations, and stakeholder engagement.
