Pentoz is a remote-capable SAP SD Expert role, focused on optimizing end-to-end sales and order fulfillment processes for fast-scaling businesses across staffing, hospitality, tech, and finance. You will configure and customize SAP SD to support order-to-cash, billing, pricing, and shipping with emphasis on reliability and speed.

This remote position offers cross-functional collaboration with FI, MM, CRM, and logistics teams to drive process improvements and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP SD module experience.
• Deep understanding of SD processes: quotations, sales orders, pricing, delivery, invoicing, returns.
• Experience with integration across SAP FI, MM, and logistics execution.
• Strong customization/configuration skills and user training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and implement SAP SD solutions, including order-to-cash, billing, pricing, and shipping.
• Configure and support sales documents, customer master data, and partner functions.
• Integrate SAP SD with FI, MM, and CRM for cross-functional operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

SAP SD Module Expert: Drive Smart Sales, Seamless Distribution

Pentoz is hiring an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Expert to optimize and expand our end-to-end sales and order fulfillment systems. You’ll play a key role in configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP SD processes that serve fast-scaling businesses across staffing, hospitality, tech, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and implement SAP SD solutions, including order-to-cash, billing, pricing, and shipping

Configure and support sales documents, customer master data, and partner functions

Integrate SAP SD with FI, MM, and CRM modules for streamlined cross-functional operations

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues

Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to drive process improvements

You Bring

4+ years of hands-on experience with the SAP SD module

Deep understanding of SD processes: quotations, sales orders, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and returns

Experience with integration points across SAP FI, MM, and logistics execution

Strong skills in customization/configuration, business process mapping, and user training

SAP S/4HANA SD experience and certification preferred
