Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant (SAP SD) to drive Order to Cash processes on SAP S/4HANA. You will bridge business and IT, optimizing sales order management, pricing, shipping, and billing while aligning with corporate requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across sales, logistics, and finance, and lead testing, documentation, and UAT activities to ensure reliable, compliant processes and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience within the Order to Cash domain.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP SD processes across the Order to Cash value chain.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Ensure SAP SD processes support business operations effectively, reliably, and compliantly.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend functional enhancements.
• Investigate incidents and functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support SAP SD configuration activities, testing, and deployment of approved changes.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
• Monitor process performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective adoption of SAP SD functionality.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Support change initiatives, system releases, and process harmonisation efforts.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant (SAP SD) to support, maintain, and enhance SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and customer-related processes are aligned with business requirements and continuously optimised.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver effective SAP SD solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience within the Order to Cash domain.
• Experience supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA business processes in a live environment.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong experience with SAP SD including: (Sales Order Management, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
• Experience with SAP SD configuration, testing, incident management, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP SD, FI, MM, and PP modules.
• Experience with SAP tools such as Cloud ALM, Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe is advantageous.
• Experience with JIRA Service Management is beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
• Experience within a discrete manufacturing environment is advantageous.
