Job summary

Pentoz is a remote-first SAP practice leader seeking a seasoned SAP SM Expert to drive implementation, customization, and optimization across manufacturing, utilities, automotive, and tech industries. You will streamline service operations, warranties, and field service scheduling while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end SAP SM delivery, integration with PM/SD/MM, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on SAP SM experience.
Experience with service contracts, orders, notifications.
Experience in integrating SAP SM with PM, SD, and MM.
Full-cycle SAP SM/CS implementation experience.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
SAP SM or CS module certification preferred.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Service Management or Field Service.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Design and implement service order processing, notifications, warranties, and contract management.
Configure service planning, scheduling, and resource assignment processes.
Integrate SAP SM with PM, SD, MM, CS modules.
Set up warranty tracking, service billing, parts logistics, and repair workflows.
Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Train users and create SOPs for service management processes.
Support clients post-go-live and manage change requests or upgrades.
Participate in business process improvement and KPI-driven initiatives.
