Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP IS‑Retail Expert to join our remote consulting team. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP IS‑Retail solutions for retail and supermarket operations, enabling agile, digital‑first processes.

As a key member of our remote team, you will design and tune master data, pricing, promotions, and integrations with SAP modules, while delivering end‑to‑end projects and driving user adoption across distributed stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP IS-Retail implementations.
• Strong understanding of retail processes: merchandising, promotions, pricing, stores.
• Expertise in SAP Retail Master Data and ERP integration.
• Experience with POS data, vendor consignment, stock transfers.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience in retail/supermarket domains.
• Excellent communication and coordination with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-Retail implementation and customization for supermarket/retail ops.
• Analyze requirements, design process flows, configure modules accordingly.
• Set up Master Data (Article, Site, Vendor, Assortments).
• Implement pricing, promotions, markdowns, and POS integration.
• Enable merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, inventory control.
• Integrate SAP IS-Retail with SAP SD/MM/FI/BW for end-to-end solution.
• Support interfaces with eCommerce, loyalty programs, mobile POS.
• Conduct testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment, compliance, and adoption.
