Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a seasoned SAP IS-WD Expert to lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions for wholesale and B2B distribution. You will digitize demand forecasting, fulfillment, and supply-chain visibility across multi-industry operations.

You will collaborate across SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM, and CRM, ensuring real-time inventory control, pricing strategies, and smooth third-party logistics integration. This is a remote position with global reach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP IS-WD or SAP projects in B2B trade and supply networks.
• Deep understanding of wholesale pricing models, bulk logistics, and channel partner integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Wholesale, advanced ATP, and rebate/bonus settlements.
• Familiarity with EDI, e-commerce order flows, and integration with warehouse robotics/automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP IS-WD to manage end-to-end wholesale operations.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Inventory & Warehouse optimization.
• Pricing, rebates, and trade promotions.
• Returns, backorders, and logistics execution.
• Integrate SAP IS-WD with SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM, and CRM modules.
• Support real-time inventory control, replenishment planning, and 3PL collaboration.
• Enable automation in customer order fulfillment, bulk distribution, and channel partner operations.
• Ensure compliance with trade policies and wholesale-specific financial processes.
