Job summary

som3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project & Delivery Lead to own SAP initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP IT teams and external vendors. You will coordinate delivery, manage stakeholders and keep projects on track, including SAP rollouts, EPM, Legal and other critical initiatives.

The role requires proven SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive practical business outcomes across finance

Responsibilities

• Work with business and SAP teams to design, implement, test, train and roll out solutions.
• Provide business and functional support across the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Assess business process impacts and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the preparation of business requirements, solution design and technical documentation.
• Build strong relationships across business, IT and vendor teams to ensure effective delivery.
