Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Warsaw seeks an ERP Program Lead with extensive SAP delivery experience to drive SAP SD delivery, multi-country rollouts and global delivery initiatives.

You will collaborate with ABAP teams, coordinate workshops, and ensure alignment of O2C processes within S/4HANA, while mentoring consulting resources in a fast-growing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.
• Proven project and program delivery across multiple SAP programs incl. multi-country roll-outs (ECC/S/4HANA).
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.

Responsibilities

• Support business process flows alignment and coordination.
• Support the SAP SD implementation.
• Support the business during transition and post go-live.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems; collaborate with ABAP for custom development.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA concepts; intercompany knowledge is a plus.
• Drive SAP SD workshops: preparation, facilitation and outputs (URS/IT requirements).
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and compliance with CSV guidelines.
• Liaise between O2C and other streams; deliver strong presentations.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to document requirements.

The Team

Our ERP services covering strategy, implementation and innovation help clients delivering true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

Good understanding and experience on SAP SD module.

• Support business process flows alignment and coordination.
• Support the implementation.

Experience driving SAP SD Workshops.

• Contribute to workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation of outputs including URS and IT requirements.
• Meeting minutes writing expertise
• Provide input into the design of processes in the S/4 system based on FIT GAPs, create the functional specifications, data objects and fields design, impact on roles etc...
• Collaborate closely with the business team to document the requirements and also with the development team.
• Responsible to use Solution Manager and the relevant documentation requirements including following CSV guidelines.
• Responsible to define user stories, their acceptance criteria and the definition of done.

Good communication and proactive attitude.

• Support liaising between O2C and other streams.
• Good Presentation skills
• Ability to demonstrate SAP Processes to wider audience
• Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, the team has one scrum master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all the Ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand up, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning etc.

About You

We are looking for an ERP Program Lead with extensive SAP delivery experience. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
• Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
