Job summary

Square One Resources is delivering a SAP S/4HANA architecture project for a large international pharmaceutical org. The role covers Asset Management, Leases, and Investment Management, with responsibilities spanning solution design, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will guide architectural decisions, ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and CSV, and mentor an agile team in clean-code practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Solution Architect in SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing and Investment Management.
• Experience in regulated environments with GxP, CSV, and GDPR.
• Fluent in business English.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide maintainable, standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Craft data architectures and drive complex integrations with developers.
• Act as technical advisor, balancing business goals with IT stability.
• Mentor and coach an agile team in clean-code and architectural design.
• Lead architectural reviews and design discussions with stakeholders.
• Partner with Global Business teams to translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA proposals.
• Ensure regulatory governance (GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, CSV) in the architecture lifecycle.
• Drive delivery of reusable, discoverable, and well-governed Data Products.
• Shape long-term technical vision and roadmaps for Asset, Leasing, Investment domains.
• Evaluate new technologies and integration frameworks to reduce tech debt.

Job description

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect (or similar lead role) within SAP S/4HANA
• Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management
• Practical experience in regulated environments (e.g., Pharma, Biotech) with exposure to GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GDPR
• Fluent in business English
• Working knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Jira, ServiceNow, integration/middleware patterns, and onsite-offshore collaboration models
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration

• The project focuses on SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for a large international organization operating in the pharmaceutical sector. The role covers Asset Management, Investment Management, and Leasing, with responsibilities including solution design, integrations, technical collaboration, and supporting business stakeholders in architectural decisions.
• It is a long-term project in an international and highly regulated environment, with the potential to transition to a permanent position next year. The role is offered in a hybrid working model.

• Shape long-term technical vision and roadmap for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management domain
