Strada Inc. is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with German to support end-to-end German payroll processes and collaborate with a global payroll team.

You will coach colleagues, ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, and help manage client requirements across projects and go-lives in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will work remotely with a multinational team, leveraging your German and English language skills to handle payroll tasks, reporting, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years relevant experience administering payroll in HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environments.
• Fluent English and German language skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support German payroll end-to-end according to standards and client requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis on issues and implement mitigating actions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support change requests when scope changes.
• Understand payroll reporting and statutory year-end requirements per contract.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and system updates.
• Provide client engagement support and assist project go-lives.

You will have a key role in the support of all payroll activities in addition to providing support to the payroll team. As the Senior Specialist you will be expected to upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role while performing champion responsibilities for innovation. **Key responsibilities:*** Supporting German payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transaction* Undertaking, supporting and managing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when an issue occurs resulting in a client escalation ensuring that mitigating actions are implemented* Pro-actively identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified.
