Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice seeks an O2C AMS Consultant to ensure stable and efficient Order-to-Cash processes across our international organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and external service providers to improve core applications and deliver practical solutions for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Experience in order-to-cash environments and application maintenance/support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for Order-to-Cash application support and ensure business requirements translate into effective system solutions.
• Coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation with internal experts and external partners to ensure stable operations.
• Analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and support design and implementation of sustainable application enhancements.
• Monitor service quality and vendor performance to achieve agreed service levels and continuous improvement of processes.
• Collaborate with international business teams, IT colleagues, and providers to drive process optimization and improve Order-to-Cash efficiency.

• You act as the key contact for business stakeholders regarding Order-to-Cash application support and ensure that business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
• Together with internal experts and external partners, you coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation to ensure stable and reliable business operations.
• Your responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, evaluating solution options, and supporting the design and implementation of sustainable application enhancements.
• By monitoring service quality and vendor performance, you help ensure that agreed service levels are achieved and that support processes continuously improve.
• You collaborate closely with international business teams, IT colleagues, and external providers to drive process optimization and increase the efficiency of Order-to-Cash operations.
• Through proactive communication and stakeholder management, you contribute to transparent decision-making and help deliver a positive user experience across the organization.

What Makes Us Successful Together

• Qualification: You hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• Experience: You have practical experience in application maintenance support, business process support, or consulting within Order-to-Cash environments, ideally in an international organization.
• Know-how and skills: You bring strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP Sales and Distribution, combined with analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Nice to have: Experience with service management processes, vendor management, ITIL methodologies, SAP integrations, or additional ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Personality: You are customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships across different functions and cultures.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be considered an asset.
