Vaillant Group in Katowice, Poland, seeks an SAP Order-To-Cash Senior Consultant (SD/LE) to lead end-to-end SAP SD rollouts and drive process improvements across international sales and logistics. You will act as a technical expert and advisor for business stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and integration of SAP O2C processes.

We expect 5+ years of experience, including 4+ years in SAP SD/O2C, with strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience; 4+ years in SAP SD/O2C consulting.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, O2C processes and system integration.
• Experience leading global SAP template projects and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and transformation of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes for international sales and logistics.
• Design and optimize SAP SD/LE solutions to meet business needs and governance.
• Ensure integration with different platforms/interfaces for seamless digital customer journeys.
• Mentor colleagues, deliver training, and foster continuous improvement.
• Develop functional specs, coordinate with developers and architects, and customize SAP components.
• Provide technical expertise to the SAP O2C team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• You will lead the rollout and transformation of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes, shaping the future of our international sales and logistics operations.
• By designing and optimizing SAP SD/LE solutions, you ensure our business needs and governance standards are met.
• Your expertise will drive seamless integration with different platforms/interfaces, making our digital customer journey even more inspiring.
• As a mentor and advisor, you empower junior colleagues, deliver impactful training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• You develop functional specifications, coordinate with development teams, software architects and customize SAP components.
• You provide technical expertise to the SAP O2C team.

• Qualification: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: With at least 5 years of professional experience, including 4+ years as a SAP SD/O2C consultant, you have led global SAP template projects and successful rollouts. Additionally, you have proven experience in SAP SD system implementation, configuration and maintenance.
• Know-how and skills: Your deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, O2C processes, and integration with different platforms systems sets you apart; you bring strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in leading SAP projects and familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence would be a plus.
