Job summary

Philips is seeking an Order Management Intern to support order processing using SAP and other tools. You will own end-to-end order handling, from intake to delivery, and maintain clear communication with KAMs, PMs, and planning teams. Provide excellent service while ensuring compliant order book reporting.

Ideal candidates are Business/Logistics students with good English, strong problem solving and teamwork skills, and the ability to work at least 30 hours per week in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
• End-to-end process: order intake, order changes, creating and delivering orders.
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments).
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
