Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Consultant to independently lead client workshops and drive discussions on SAP MDG and Business Partner topics. You will own assigned activities, deliver high-quality deliverables, and support onboarding in diverse international programs.

The role requires strong English communication, SAP transformation experience, and willingness to travel within the EU roughly every other week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP Master Data, governance, and MDG concepts.
• Strong expertise in SAP Business Partner, master data integration and governance.
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs and complex implementations.
• Excellent English communication skills for international environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead client workshops and drive discussions on SAP Business Partner and Master Data Management.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and deliver results autonomously with limited supervision.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and produce high-quality client-facing deliverables.
• Support Program Onboarding and help teams quickly become productive in new environments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure strong collaboration across teams.

Job description

• Independently lead client workshops and drive discussions on SAP Business Partner and Master Data Management.
• Manage Work Independently
  • Take ownership of assigned activities and deliver results autonomously with limited supervision.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and produce high-quality client-facing deliverables.
• Support Program Onboarding
  • Quickly understand complex program environments and become productive within a short timeframe.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• SAP Master Data Expertise
  • Strong expertise in SAP Business Partner, master data concepts, Master Data Integration, and Master Data Governance.
• Procurement and Sales Processes
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, sales processes, and the end-to-end master data lifecycle.
• SAP Transformation Experience
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs and complex implementation environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Willingness to Travel
  • Willingness to travel within the EU approximately every second week.
