Job summary

Seargin Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO and DRC Specialist to configure and maintain SAP DRC, including eDocument Cockpit, AIF, and statutory reporting functionalities.

You will translate country-specific regulatory requirements into SAP DRC solutions, covering CTC mandates, e-way bills, SAF-T, and localized VAT reporting. Collaboration with global tax and finance teams is required to optimize AP/AR/GL processes and master data and to integrate tax authority portals via SAP BTP Integration

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP DRC, including eDocument Cockpit, AIF, and statutory reporting functionalities.
• Translate country-specific legal requirements into SAP DRC solutions (e.g., CTC, e‑invoicing, SAF-T, VAT reporting).
• Manage Tax Authority Integrations with secure connections (SAP BTP Integration Suite or API management).
• Analyze Financial and Tax Processes with Global Tax and Finance teams to optimize AP/AR/GL, tax determination, pricing, and master data.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for eDocument Cockpit and AIF monitors; apply SAP Notes and OSS updates.

Job description

• Configure and maintain SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including the eDocument Cockpit, Application Interface Framework (AIF), and statutory reporting functionalities.
• Implement Global E-Invoicing Requirements
  • Translate country-specific legal requirements into SAP DRC solutions, covering CTC mandates, e-way bills, SAF-T, and localized VAT reporting.
• Manage Tax Authority Integrations
  • Collaborate with integration teams to establish secure connections between SAP systems and tax authority portals using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) or API management.
• Analyze Financial and Tax Processes
  • Work with Global Tax and Finance teams to monitor international tax legislation, translate regulatory changes into technical specifications, and optimize AP, AR, and GL processes, tax determination, pricing procedures, and master data.
• Provide Technical Support and Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot errors in the eDocument Cockpit and AIF monitors, apply SAP Notes and Support Packages, and implement regulatory updates delivered through SAP OSS.

Requirements

• SAP FI/CO Expertise
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP FI/CO modules.
• SAP DRC Implementation Experience
  • At least 2–3 years of specialized experience with SAP DRC, formerly known as SAP eDocument and Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR).
• Global E-Invoicing Rollout Experience
  • Proven experience in at least one full-lifecycle global rollout involving local e-invoicing mandates, such as Italy SDI, Poland KSeF, France Chorus Pro, or Romania RO e-Factura.
• SAP Tax and Financial Process Knowledge
  • Expert knowledge of SAP indirect tax configuration, including VAT/GST, and complex EU tax regulations in large multinational environments.
• ABAP Debugging and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to debug ABAP and troubleshoot complex tax calculation and interface issues, supported by excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders.
