Job summary

BPX seeks an experienced Master Data Lead to drive data readiness for an SAP S/4HANA implementation in a global FMCG/CPG context. You will coordinate business-side master data activities across functions, ensuring alignment, data quality and timely go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on data governance, UAT support, data migration coordination and proactive stakeholder management in a complex, international project environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with master data from a business perspective.
• Good understanding of business processes and their relationship with master data.
• Experience working with SAP; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP MDG would be an advantage.
• Involvement in implementation or rollout projects, particularly in UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live or hypercare.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions and drive decisions.
• Proactive, hands-on and delivery-focused approach.
• Very good command of English.

We are looking for an experienced Master Data Lead to join an international SAP S/4HANA implementation project for a leading global FMCG/CPG company.

This is a business-facing role focused on coordinating, aligning and closing master data topics during the testing and go-live preparation phases. We are looking for someone who understands how master data supports business processes and can drive topics through to resolution in a complex project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align master data activities on the business side of the project
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, local markets and other business functions

Candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with master data from a business perspective, gained in a role such as Master Data Specialist, Key User, Business Data Lead or Supply Chain/Operations Specialist
• Good understanding of business processes and their relationship with master data
• Experience working with SAP; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP MDG would be an advantage
• Previous involvement in implementation or rollout projects, particularly in areas such as UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live or hypercare
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions and drive decisions
• Proactive, hands-on and delivery-focused approach
• Very good command of English
