Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP professional to provide production support, develop and maintain SAP solutions across ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows. You will work with HCM modules and HR processes, contributing to upgrades and cross-functional projects.

The role requires strong ABAP skills, HCM domain knowledge, and experience with data migrations, SAP Web Dynpro, and document generation tools. Collaboration with global teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, production support, and implementation of new SAP functionalities.
• Practical experience with SAP HCM, HCM Performance Management, and HR-related business processes within enterprise SAP environments.
• Strong expertise developing reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, interfaces, data conversions, and complex custom SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP applications, analyze defects, resolve incidents, optimize ABAP code, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP solutions including reports, interfaces, workflows, forms, user exits, BAdIs, and custom developments.
• Implement technical solutions within SAP HCM and HCM Performance Management, supporting HR processes and business-critical functionality.
• Develop and maintain SAP reports, interfaces, and integrations to ensure accurate data processing and reliable system communication.
• Support master data migration, data upload activities, and conversion processes using SAP tools and established data management procedures.
• Develop and maintain Smart Forms, SAPscript, PDF forms, XML, and XSLT-based document generation solutions.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, implementations, enhancement projects, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple SAP modules.
• Maintain and improve SAP technical solutions by enhancing code quality, system performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, collaborate with functional consultants, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across project and support teams.

Requirements

• SAP ABAP Development Experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, production support activities, and implementation of new SAP functionalities.
• SAP HCM Expertise
  • Practical experience with SAP HCM, HCM Performance Management, and HR-related business processes within enterprise SAP environments.
• ABAP Technical Development
  • Strong expertise developing reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, interfaces, data conversions, and complex custom SAP solutions.
• HR Process Knowledge
  • Experience supporting Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Performance Management processes.
• Production Support Experience
  • Proven ability to investigate issues, resolve bugs, optimize existing developments, and maintain business-critical SAP applications.
• SAP Technical Frameworks
  • Experience with Web Dynpro, SAP Business Workflow, Smart Forms, SAPscript, PDF forms, XML, XSLT, and Microsoft Office integration.
• Master Data & Migration Tools
  • Knowledge of master data management, migration activities, and data upload tools such as LSMW.
• Experience working within SAP ERP and SAP ECC environments, including different enhancement package versions and system landscapes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions.
• Communication & Language Skills
  • Good English communication skills with the ability to support international teams and participate in technical discussions and documentation.
