Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a SAP techno-functional professional to lead workshops, translate business needs into SAP configurations, and manage end-to-end S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement implementations in a multinational setting.

You will design data mappings, integrate procurement platforms, and oversee testing, deployments, and change management across Procurement, Finance and IT teams. Strong Agile experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years SAP techno-functional experience (SAP MM, S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
• Strong knowledge of indirect procurement and end-to-end P2P and S2P processes
• Experience integrating procurement platforms such as GEP SMART with SAP ERP systems
• Understanding of API-led connectivity and middleware such as MuleSoft
• Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with API gateways
• Knowledge of ETL, data mapping, and formats like JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and technical implementation plans
• Experience integrating procurement, finance and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile environments and managing multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into specifications
• Develop SAP Solutions (S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement)
• Manage system integrations between SAP ERP and procurement platforms
• Define data mapping and transformation for PO, invoices, goods receipts and supplier data
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
• Coordinate SIT, SAT and UAT testing, deployments and cutovers
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT Architecture and Master Data teams
• Manage change requests, ensure regulatory compliance and establish best practices
• Define KPIs and support business cases and process improvements
• Share expertise and mentor junior analysts

Job description

• Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop SAP Solutions
  • Design, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA and Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
• Manage System Integrations
  • Integrate SAP ERP with procurement platforms using SAP Integration Suite, CIG, or MuleSoft.
• Define Data Mapping
  • Design data mapping and transformation for purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, and supplier data.
• Monitor Interfaces
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor interfaces, and optimize system performance.
• Coordinate Testing and Deployment
  • Lead SIT, SAT, and UAT testing, including deployment and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Work with Procurement, Finance, IT Architecture, and Master Data teams.
• Manage Changes and Compliance

Requirements

• SAP Techno-Functional
