Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) in Kraków seeks a SAP Key User to support ERP interfaces (SAP S/4HANA MM/FI) and authorization management within the accounting operations team. You will monitor interfaces, handle issues, and drive improvements in process quality.

The role involves collaboration with internal/external auditors, and ongoing interaction with accounting and functional departments. It offers hybrid work with two days on-site and three days remote, plus flexible start

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or comparable
• Experience in AIF error handling and/or authorization management
• Knowledge of purchase to pay processes
• Familiarity with SAP MM/FI modules
• German language level A2/B1

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ERP Interfaces in SAP S4/HANA
• Ensuring suitable and sustainable interface monitoring and timely error handling
• Derivation of measures for sustainable improvement of quality in the interface environment
• Authorization Management Support
• Requesting and monitoring authorizations for new and existing colleagues
• Role monitoring within area of Responsibility
• Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
• First contact for accounting operations, functional departments and internal/ external auditors

Description

These are your tasks:

• Responsible for ERP Interfaces in SAP S4/HANA
• Ensuring suitable and sustainable interface monitoring and timely error handling
• Derivation of measures for sustainable improvement of quality in the interface environment

• Possibility of mobile working - currently 2 days presence and 3 days possibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in the field of economics or comparable
• Initial professional experience in the field of AIF error handling and/or authorization management
• Accounting skills focusing on purchase to pay desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business administration contexts and expertise in process and organizational structures in purchase accounting is desirable.
• Good handling of MS Office, experience with SAP R/3 or SAP 4HANA (modules MM/FI) desirable
• German A2/B1
