Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland sucht zur Verstärkung des Buchhaltungsteams eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für das SAP-Interface-Umfeld. Sie arbeiten an ERP-Schnittstellen in SAP S/4/HANA, überwachen Schnittstellen und optimieren Prozesse im Bereich Buchhaltung; außerdem unterstützen Sie das Berechtigungsmanagement und arbeiten eng mit Auditoren zusammen.

Sie verfügen über ein wirtschaftsnahes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie SAP-Erfahrung (MM/FI).

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Betreuung der Buchhaltung.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP-Anwendungen (R/3 oder S/4HANA MM/FI).
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf A2/B1-Niveau und Englisch C1 sind erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für ERP-Schnittstellen in SAP S/4/HANA.
• Überwachung der Schnittstellen und zeitnahe Fehlerbehandlung sicherstellen.
• Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Qualität der Schnittstellen ableiten (CIP).
• SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) Fehlerbehandlung/Monitoring
• Unterstützung beim Berechtigungsmanagement und der Vergabe von Berechtigungen
• Antragstellung und Monitoring von Berechtigungen für Kolleginnen und Kollegen
• Rollenüberwachung im Verantwortungsbereich
• Anwenden und Verbessern von Prozessen (CIP)
• Erster Ansprechpartner für Buchhaltung, Fachabteilungen und interne/externe Auditoren

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, we are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly to contribute to the success of the Group in Krakow.

These are your tasks:

• Responsible for ERP Interfaces in SAP S4/HANA
• Ensuring suitable and sustainable interface monitoring and timely error handling
• Derivation ofmeasuresfor sustainable improvement ofqualityin the interface environment
• SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) error handling / monitoring
• Authorization Management Support
• Requesting and monitoring authorizations for new and existing colleagues
• Role monitoring within area of Responsibility
• Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
• First contact for accounting operations, functional departments and internal/ external auditors

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree in the field of economics or comparable
• Initial professional experience in the field of AIF error handling and/or authorization management
• Accounting skills focusing on purchase to pay desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business administration contexts and expertise in process and organizational structures in purchase accounting is desirable.
• Good handling of MS Office, experience with SAP R/3 or SAP 4HANA (modules MM/FI) desirable
