A leading automotive company in Kraków is seeking a Junior Purchase Requisition Specialist with German language skills. The successful candidate will manage purchase requisitions, engage with stakeholders, and support process improvements. Ideal candidates will have initial experience in customer service, proficiency in MS Office, and good knowledge of German (B2) and English (B1). This role offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement or Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) and communicative English (B1).
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM).
• Assess procurement needs and delivery performance.
• Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, track orders and ensure swift cycle times.
• Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
• Drive process improvements (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Precision in Process: Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
• SAP Expertise: Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM), ensuring smooth workflow to the final purchase order.
• Procurement Verification: Assess procurement needs, delivery performance and determine commissioning requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.
• Order Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders and ensure swift cycle times.
• Guideline Development: Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
