Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance technology with leadership in teams.
• Hands-on SAP consultant experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap and governance across international operations.
• Lead the design and optimization of core financial processes ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation, digital innovation, and data-driven process standardization.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk and tech teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives including system enhancements and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams and coordinate external partners.
