Job summary

MAHLE is hiring a Freight Cost Auditor in Poland to validate invoices and control logistics costs across Europe. The role collaborates with MAHLE logistics centers, freight forwarders, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate cost processing. Location: Ostrów Wielkopolski with 50% home office after 3-month probation.

Key responsibilities include invoicing verification, reporting, and proactive follow-ups with partners. English required; German or another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, German or another foreign language is an advantage.
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and sense of ownership.
• Logistics experience is an advantage.
• SAP and ReadSoft knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Verify freight, shuttle, and warehousing invoices, including cost center and account assignments.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to transportation and warehousing services.
• Prepare reports on processed, pending, and overdue invoices.
• Monitor daily invoice processing activities and invoice status.
• Cooperate closely with freight forwarders, vendors, MAHLE logistics centers, and Finance & Accounting teams.
• Clarify missing or inaccurate invoice details and delivery documentation.
• Follow up on unpaid and overdue invoices with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support accurate booking, validation, and control of logistics-related costs.

Join our Supply Chain team as a Freight Cost Auditor and support the accurate control of transportation and warehousing costs across Europe. In this regional role, you will collaborate with logistics providers, MAHLE logistics centers, and Finance teams to validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth cost processing. This is an excellent opportunity to work with international stakeholders and contribute to the efficiency of MAHLE’s European logistics network.

Location: Ostrów Wielkopolski, Staroprzygodzka 117 (50% home office after the 3-month probation period)

Your Contribution
