Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP CO solutions in an international setting. The role emphasizes data accuracy, system enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration with FI, MM, and SD, including ABAP debugging for CO developments.

The ideal candidate will deliver scalable, optimized solutions, drive automation initiatives, and own service lifecycle while training users and sharing knowledge within a fast‑growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and 3+ years SAP CO consulting experience.
• Strong SAP CO knowledge across ECC/S4 incl. CCA, CO‑PA, PCA, ML, PS, IM.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and support of SAP CO solutions.
• Maintenance, data accuracy, and system enhancements including integrations.
• Coordinate international SAP CO projects and cross‑functional collaboration (FI, MM, SD).
• Provide service ownership, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable, optimized solutions (incl. automation/AI).
• Report progress, risks, and KPIs; ensure timely delivery.
• Train key users and share knowledge; provide expert ABAP support.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT


• + 3 years of experience in SAP CO Consulting


• Strong SAP CO knowledge (ECC/S4) incl. CCA, CO‑PC, CO‑PA, PCA, ML, PS, IM


• Understanding of CO integration with FI, MM, SD


• Experience in at least one full SAP CO implementation cycle


• Strong expertise in SAP program debugging (ABAP debugging skills)


• Knowledge of financial accounting principles


• Advanced MS Office and fluent English


• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills


• Ability to work with complex data in an international environment


• Flexibility for business travel
