Job summary

Capgemini in Poznań is seeking a Senior SAP Developer/Technical Consultant to progress toward SAP Technical Architect. You will combine hands-on SAP development with exposure to SAP BTP, Joule, Business AI, and GenAI on global projects, shaping intelligent enterprise solutions.

You will join the Global Delivery Center's PBS team and help modernize SAP landscapes while mentoring colleagues and contributing to architecture decisions.

Are you a Senior SAP Developer or Technical Consultant ready to take the next step towards Technical Architecture?

We are looking for an experienced SAP technology professional with a strong development background and a passion for innovation, cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence.

In this role, you will combine hands‑on expertise in SAP development with exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, and Generative AI solutions. You will work on complex international projects, contribute to architecture decisions, and help clients modernize their SAP landscapes. Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in SAP development, ideally as a Senior Developer or Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP ABAP and modern SAP development approaches.
• Good understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Experience with or interest in SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and application extensions.
• Passion for Generative AI, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of RAP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, or related SAP technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; German will be considered a strong asset.
