Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to help transform business requirements into reliable SAP solutions within a global delivery environment.

You will guide stakeholders through SD process decisions, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with multinational teams on end-to-end O2C delivery.

This role offers a hybrid work model, extensive training, and opportunities to grow within SAP SD and related modules.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in SAP application support or implementation projects with hands-on SAP SD config.
• Strong knowledge of sales and logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and integration with MM FI.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Your role

You’ll work on impactful SAP SD projects for international clients, transforming business and sales requirements into reliable, scalable SAP solutions. As a senior consultant, you’ll guide stakeholders through key process decisions, ensure smooth delivery of SD functionalities, and support continuous process improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, handle complex incident and change request topics, and contribute to the evolution of our SAP O2C capability. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in S/4HANA, influence SD process enhancements, and grow within an innovative, globally distributed environment.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

• collaborate within the O2C (Order‑to‑Cash) team to deliver high‑quality consulting support for international clients in the SAP SD module;
• configure and enhance SD processes (e.g., order-to-cash, pricing, billing, contracts, deliveries);
• analyze business requirements, propose improvements, and translate functional needs into effective SD process solutions;
• lead workshops with business stakeholders and guide them through best practices;
• work closely with multinational and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.

Your profile

• at least 5 years of experience in SAP application support or participation in implementation projects, including hands‑on configuration of the SAP SD module;
• strong understanding of sales and logistics business processes;
• expertise in SAP SD or SAP CS, with experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments;
• strong understanding of integration points with MM, FI, PP, and logistics areas;
• proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to drive improvements and achieve project goals;
• openness to learning new technologies and expanding SAP solution knowledge;
• fluent in English; German at a communicative level is considered a strong advantage.
