Job summary

Capgemini Polska is looking for a SAP–focused developer to join the Global Delivery Center. You will work on SAP BTP-based projects, design extensions, and develop Fiori/SAPUI5 applications, collaborating with clients and the technical team across diverse industries.

You will participate in knowledge sharing, support junior colleagues, and follow best practices to ensure high-quality code. A hybrid work model is offered with access to extensive training and a large SAP community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Business Technology Platform projects.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail with clean, reliable code and well‑structured components.

Responsibilities

• Design, estimate, and implement SAP system extensions in the cloud (BTP + CAP).
• Develop and enhance Fiori/SAPUI5 applications.
• Collaborate with clients and support the technical team during project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the SAP community.
• Mentor less experienced team members when needed.
• Follow best practices to ensure code quality and consistency.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

• Design, estimate, and implement SAP system extensions in the cloud (BTP + CAP).
• Develop and enhance Fiori/SAPUI5 applications.
• Collaborate with clients and support the technical team during project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing initiatives and contribute to the SAP community.
• Support less experienced team members when needed.
• Follow best practices, ensuring code quality and consistency.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in projects based on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• High attention to detail, ensuring clean, reliable code and wellstructured application components.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of any of the following SAP ERP modules: H2R, A2R, F2P, I2O, O2C, P2M, P2P, R2R, S2P
• Workflow
• SAP Build
• Knowledge of German is a significant plus (we will support you in further learning)
