MagentaTeam is seeking a Salesforce-focused professional to optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs. You will understand and address business problems, dive into user stories, and oversee the implementation from a business perspective while collaborating with developers and admins.

You will also engage users to gather requirements, translate them into technical plans, and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities: configuration, customization, and integration management.
• Proven experience in developing and managing user stories and business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
