Job summary

Visualcare is seeking a Salesforce specialist to enhance Salesforce usage across Sales, Customer Success, and Help Desk. You will design automations, dashboards, and data structures to support data-driven operations and ensure Salesforce is the trusted single source of truth.

You will partner with multiple teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain data quality, and document changes for governance and adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration, administration, or build.
• Experience customizing Salesforce with flows, automations, validation rules, objects, approvals.
• Strong design skills for dashboards and leadership reports.
• Experience partnering with Sales/CS/Support to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Proven data quality management in Salesforce: audits, deduplication, cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Help Desk to map day-to-day Salesforce usage.
• Design and build Salesforce solutions: flows, automations, objects, layouts.
• Develop dashboards/reports for operations and leadership decision-making.
• Maintain data quality and document configurations, decisions, and changes.
