Job summary

Linklaters in Warsaw is seeking a Salesforce Operations Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support Salesforce and related business development processes, gather requirements, and help with testing and adoption.

The role involves documentation, training material creation, and coordinating stakeholder feedback. Hybrid work in Warsaw with office presence required two days per week, and standard hours 10:00–18:15.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM or related business technology platforms.
• Previous experience in legal or professional services would be beneficial.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for Salesforce and related workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support workshops, testing and collect stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare guidance, communications and training materials.
• Track actions, risks, decisions and dependencies.
• Analyse user feedback to identify improvements.
