Job summary

Linklaters Warsaw is recruiting for a Salesforce Operations Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports Salesforce and related business development and marketing processes, working with business owners, technology teams, and colleagues across functions.

The team handles user support, requirements gathering, testing, adoption and process improvement. Warsaw-based with a hybrid model (2 days in office) and 10:00 to 18:15 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM or business technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support user queries related to Salesforce and related workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support workshops, testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare guidance, communications and training materials.
• Track actions, risks, decisions and dependencies.
• Analyse user feedback to identify improvements.
