Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Experience delivering via Kanban or Scrum.
• Professional English and Polish proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy Apex and LWC code within multiple orgs.
• Design flows and validation rules following best practices.
• Review PRs and participate in architecture decisions.
• Resolve tickets via ServiceNow/Jira and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage user access, security, objects, fields, and dashboards.
• Support REST/SOAP API integrations and release deployments.
• Collaborate with business users to refine requirements.
