Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a balanced role that covers custom development, platform administration, and Service Desk support. You will deliver Apex/LWC and Flow solutions while ensuring daily operational health across multiple Salesforce orgs.

Responsibilities include building and deploying code, designing robust declarative automation, and supporting integrations and releases. English proficiency (B2) and 2–4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• AgileKanban/Scrum experience is preferred.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2) in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Apex and LWC code within a Kanban/Agile framework.
• Design and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, and data models.
• Review code, support deployments, and ensure platform health across orgs.
