Qualifications

• Experience developing on Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, security and data architecture in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable APEX solutions across domains and services.
• Develop and enhance Service Cloud capabilities and Experience Cloud sites.
• Build and extend Digital Engagement capabilities (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Create secure Apex REST APIs and CDC-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product, architects, admins, QA, and DevOps for reliable releases.
