Galderma is seeking a Salesforce Global Data Architect to design and evolve data solutions across Commercial and Marketing platforms. You will shape scalable, secure data architectures and guide solution design in a global environment.

The role collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to promote data governance, patterns, and best practices while supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Analytics, AI or related data-focused roles.
• Experience with Commercial and Marketing data use cases such as segmentation, profiling, reporting, or BI.
• Proficiency across platforms and tools listed including Salesforce, Snowflake/Databricks, Power BI and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain an architectural vision, principles, and guidelines for Commercial and Marketing data solutions.
• Align IT data architecture with business objectives to support innovation and digital transformation.
• Contribute to scalable, secure data models and architecture solutions across platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools and platforms based on business requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and promote governance and data management practices.

Job Title: Salesforce Data Architect

Location: Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Global Data Architect to support the design and evolution of data solutions across Commercial and Marketing platforms. This role will help shape scalable, secure, and effective data architecture that supports business priorities, enables better decision-making, and contributes to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

The role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to guide data architecture activities, support solution design, and promote good practices across platforms and teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data architecture experience and a collaborative mindset who is comfortable working in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a clear architectural vision, principles, and guidelines for Commercial and Marketing data solutions
• Align IT data architecture with business objectives, supporting innovation and digital transformation
• Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and sustainable data models and architecture solutions
• Help evaluate and recommend appropriate data technologies, tools, and platforms based on business requirements
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and promote alignment with governance and data management practices
• Conduct architectural reviews, impact assessments, and risk evaluations for new and existing solutions
• Maintain clear architecture documentation and contribute to data roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

• Around 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Analytics, AI or related data-focused roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments (e.g., Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services)
• Experience supporting Commercial and Marketing data use cases such as segmentation, profiling, reporting, or business intelligence
• Proficiency across relevant platforms and tools, such as:
• Salesforce (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud);
• Snowflake or Databricks;
• Power BI, Datorama, and other marketing analytics platforms;
• ETL/ELT and integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Kafka.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python, with exposure to cloud-based data or AI/ML platforms considered valuable
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a global environment
• Experience supporting release coordination and change traceability using GitHub
• Solid understanding of data governance, compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, GxP), and MDM best practices
• A strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to define and execute long-term data roadmaps
• Ability to work autonomously while leading global initiatives and partnering with analysts to drive business impact
