Job summary

econsulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design scalable, secure Salesforce architectures and lead integration projects for global clients. You will select the right tools, model data, and prepare technical documentation, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Hybrid work model in Poznań with monthly office presence. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, implement Flows, Apex, and LWC, and shape integration patterns and security models while contributing to DevOps

Qualifications

• Design scalable Salesforce architectures and ensure they are secure and efficient.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows) and development (Apex, LWC).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and security models.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git).

Key Responsibilities

• Design the overall Salesforce architecture and ensure it is scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Choose the right tools for the job (e.g., deciding when to use Salesforce Flows vs. custom Apex code).
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create technical documentation and data models.
• Ensure the highest quality of project delivery.
• Manage relations and advise business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (including Flows) and development (Apex, LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and security models.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git).
