Galderma is seeking a Salesforce Data Architect to support design and evolution of data solutions across Commercial and Marketing platforms. The role shapes scalable, secure data architecture, guiding solution design and governance in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Analytics, AI or related data-focused roles.
• Experience supporting Commercial and Marketing data use cases such as segmentation, profiling, reporting, or BI.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake/Databricks, Power BI and other marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architectural vision and guidelines for Commercial and Marketing data solutions.
• Align IT data architecture with business objectives to support transformation.
• Design scalable, secure data models and architecture solutions.
• Evaluate data technologies and platforms based on business needs.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and ensure governance.
• Conduct reviews, impact assessments, and risk evaluations for new and existing solutions.
• Maintain architecture docs and contribute to roadmaps and improvements.
