Job summary

DXC Luxoft seeks an experienced Salesforce Implementation Consultant to deliver workflow, reporting, and integration solutions across Investor Relations and Recruiting.

You will design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions, integrate with internal systems, lead full lifecycle tasks, and translate complex needs into scalable features.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven ability to build advanced automation using Salesforce Flow and when to leverage Apex/LWC.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Flows, Apex, LWC) per Engineering Lead guidelines.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal systems and cloud infrastructure using REST/SOAP APIs.

Project Description:

The Salesforce Implementation Consultant will report directly to the Enterprise Applications Engineering Lead, executing the technical delivery of workflow, reporting, and integration solutions across key business functions like Investor Relations and Recruiting.

Compensation for NYC - 160000-180000 USD Gross per year and based on your results during the intervieweing processing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components) based on architectural guidelines set by the Engineering Lead.
• Implement and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and internal corporate systems, enterprise data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Execute full-lifecycle implementation tasks, including requirements gathering, data mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into scalable Salesforce functionalities and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot system errors, optimize platform performance, and maintain security and data integrity protocols.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven ability to build advanced automation using Salesforce Flow and a strong understanding of when to leverage custom code (Apex/LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or custom scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Copado, Salesforce DX, or GitHub).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data migrations and enterprise data hygiene.
