Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our international team. In this role you will design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting internal business processes across the organization.

You will work with stakeholders, application managers and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices, in a hybrid work setup with strong emphasis on collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in Salesforce.
• Proficient with Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
• Salesforce certs: Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows and SOQL.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments for performance, security and data integrity.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation.
• Utilize GitHub and DevOps practices to improve development efficiency and release quality.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our international team. In this role, you will design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions that support internal business processes across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, application managers and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows and SOQL
• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring system performance, security and data integrity
• Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation
• Utilize GitHub and DevOps practices to improve development efficiency and release quality
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Maintain and update technical documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years focused on Salesforce development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex (including triggers and batch classes)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • SOQL
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model and data model
• Experience with Sales Cloud
• Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control and GitHub
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Platform Developer I / II
  • App Builder
  • Salesforce Administrator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Team-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach

Nice to have

• Advanced Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and automated deployment processes
• Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds
